Interested eligible Candidates who are citizen of India as defined under the Constitution of India and fulfill the eligibility norms of educational qualification, experience, age etc. may Walk-In  with the filled in application form with all the original certificates/documents relating to qualification, experience, age, identity proof, latest salary certificate, two passport size colored photographs etc. and also a set of self-attested copies of the same. 

The candidates are requested to register their candidature through the link  https://forms.gle/5HsCmRNNdQU6eNK1A  The link will be active till 12.00 pm of 13.05.2025.  The candidates who register through the link will be eligible for the interview after verification of their original documents and filled in application form. 

No candidates will be allowed to enter the venue after 11.00 am. 

Important Note : 

1. Candidates having the relevant post qualification experience are only eligible for the interview for all the positions. Hence, candidates are requested to verify their post qualification experience prior to applying for the position 

2. Due to administrative reasons, the walk-in-interview for the position of Admin Assistant scheduled to be held on 15.05.2025 has been postponed and new date for the interview for the position will be notified shortly via website https://www.ahidms.assam.gov.in. Further, candidates who fulfill all the essential qualifications for the position are requested to send their filled application forms with self-certified supporting documents via mail ahidms.recruitment@gmail.com within 20^th May, 2025 till 6:00 pm. 

3. However, there is no change in the date of Walk in interview for the other positions.
